Please be quick and complete, in order to prevent delays and speed up the processing of your request! Upload the required certificate(s) of physicians and/or other documents to your request. Tibbaa will only be able to accept your request if it fulfills the criteria listed on its website under the heading “Rules concerning the reimbursement of sold tickets.” Before submission of your request, please check if your situation meets the listed criteria in order to be eligible for any refund. Please note: Cancellation of your ticket purchase means that you will not attend the event for which you purchased the ticket.
